PT. PROSYS BANGUN PERSADA, a leading
Engineering and Project Management Consultant in EPC of Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemical, Industry and Infrastructure, Finance & Banking, Telecommunication, and Properties is currently searching for highly qualified candidates for the following positions:
Project Manager/Team Leader (2 Persons)
(FLNG Project (1 Person) and Recipients Gas Stations (1 Person)
Requirements:
- At least a graduate degree in Engineering.
- Have at least 20 years experience in working on gas/LNG project and/or Floating Facilities project, out of which he should demonstrate 5 years experience in working as Project Manager or in at least 2 projects having similar objectives i.e. (FSRU or/and FPSO) and having experience in FSRU project would be an added advantage;
- Have ability to comprehend clearly content of the Project;
- Have good knowledge associated with the Project and familiar with the provisions of the codes, standards and recommended practices as issued by the following organizations, such as API, ANSI, ISA, ASME, TEMA, Classification Society (lACS member), AWS, AGA, NFPA and NACE;
Have demonstrated ability to advise and assist the Company on the design, supervision and management of the Project;
- Have strong management and inter-personal skills such as to develop good relations with Company's staff at all levels as well as others involved with the Project;
- Have demonstrated excellent English communication (oral and written).
- Knowledge of Indonesian would be an added advantage.
- Have ability setting of priorities including allocation resources to ensure that all required technical, engineering, schedule, cost and safety standards are met and that the project objectives are achieved in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.
Project Engineer (4 Persons)
(FLNG Project (1 Person) and Recipients Gas Stations (3 Persons))
Requirements:
- At least undergraduate in Engineering with experience of 10 (ten) years in Oil and Gas Projects including 3 (three) years experience as project engineer in EPC projects. Having an experience in FSRU project would be an added advantage;
- Have ability to comprehend clearly content of the Project;
- Have good knowledge associated with the Project and familiar with the provisions of applicable codes and standards for such discipline;
- Have demonstrated ability to integrate all construction activities;
- Have strong management and inter-personal skills such as to develop good relations with Company's staff at all levels as well as others involved with the Project;
- Have demonstrated command excellent English communication (oral and written). Knowledge of - -Indonesian would be an added advantage.

Senior Legal Counsel, Contract and Administration Advisor (3 Persons)
(FLNG Project (1 Person) and Recipients Gas Stations Project (1 Person), and Gas Network Project (1 Persons))
Requirements:
- A master degree in Law with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in LNG shipping business, sale and transfer of shares as well as drafting a Shareholders' Agreement;
- Have strong knowledge regarding terms, conditions and legal aspects of a business contract;
- Have demonstrated ability to advise and assist the Company on the development of detailed Agreements which are involved in this Project;
- Have strong management and inter-personal skills such as to develop good relations with Company's staff at all levels as well as others involved with the Project;
- Have excellent legal drafting skills in the English language and logical skills;
- Have excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
- Performing activities related to deal negotiations.
Project Controller (3 Persons)
(FLNG Project (1 Person) and Recipients Gas Stations Project (1 Person), and Gas Network Project (1 Persons))
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with experience of 10 (ten) years in controlling Oil and Gas major Project and 5 (five) years in relevant projects including with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
- Have intermediate to expert skills with Primavera P.6/ MS Project and MS office software;
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management procedures and systems;
- Have effective, strong awareness, and sensitive analysis to identify potential areas of slippage and to take any corrective actions;
- Have demonstrated ability to plan and manage the Project as well as to work as an integral part of a large project team;
- Have strong management and inter-personal skills such as to develop good relations with Company's staff at all levels as well as others involved with the Project.
Naval Architect (1 Person)
(FLNG Project)
Requirements:
- At least undergraduate in Ocean/Marine Engineering with experience of 15 (fifteen) years in LNG Shipping operation, maintenance, safety, standard, codes & regulations and ship compatibility study.
- The Ocean/Marine Engineer shall also familiar with variant of Mooring System applicable for FSRU.
- He/She must have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for that discipline.
QA/QC Engineer (6 Persons)
(FLNG Project (1 Person), Recipients Gas Stations Project (3 Persons), and Gas Network Project (2 Persons)
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with experience of 10 (ten) years in offshore projects of Oil & Gas Projects including 5 (five) years experience as QA/QC Engineer.
- He/She must have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for that discipline.
- Can join immediately less than 2 week.
HSE Engineer/Environmental Engineer (3 Persons)
(FLNG Project (1 Person), Recipients Gas Stations Project (1 Person), and Gas Network Project (1 Person)
Requirements:
- At least undergraduate in Safety Engineering or Chemical Engineering with experience of 10 (ten) years in Oil and Gas Projects including 5 (five) years experience as HSE engineer in EPC projects.
- He/She must have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for that discipline.
Electrical Engineer (3 Persons)
(FLNG Project (1 Person), Recipients Gas Stations Project (1 Person), and Gas Network Project (1 Person)
Requirements:
- At least undergraduate in Electrical Engineering with experience of 10 (ten) years in Oil and Gas Projects including 5 (five) years experience as electrical engineer in EPC projects.
- He/She must be intimately familiar with the provisions of the codes, standards and recommended practices as issued by the following organizations: NEMA, NFPA, NEC NEMA 70, IEEE, ICEA, API and ANSI.
Instrument Engineer (3 Persons)
(FLNG Project (1 Person), Recipients Gas Stations Project (1 Person), and Gas Network Project (1 Person)
Requirements:
- At least undergraduate in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or Electrical Engineering with experience of 10 (ten) years in Oil and Gas Projects including 5 (five) years experience as instrumentation and control engineer in EPC projects.
- He/She must be intimately familiar with the provisions of the codes, standards and recommended practices as issued by the following organizations: ISA, NACE, ASME, API and ANSI.
- Can join immediately less than 2 week.
Rotating Engineer (3 Persons)
(FLNG Project (1 Person), Recipients Gas Stations Project (1 Person), and Gas Network Project (1 Person)
Requirements:
- At least undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering with experience of 10 (ten) years in Oil and Gas Projects including 5 (five) years experience as rotating equipment engineer in EPC projects.
- He/She must have a working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for that discipline.
Mechanical Engineer (3 Persons)
(FLNG Project (1 Person), Recipients Gas Stations Project (1 Person), and Gas Network Project (1 Person)
Requirements:
- At least undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering with experience of 10 (ten) years in Oil and Gas Projects including 5 (five) years experience as mechanical engineer in EPC projects, preferably as well as a piping engineer.
- He/She must be intimately familiar with the provisions of the codes, standards and recommended practices as issued by the following organizations: API, ANSI, ASTM, NEMA, AWS, AGA, NFPA and TEMA.
- Can join immediately less than 2 week.
Process Engineer (3 Persons)
(FLNG Project (1 Person), Recipients Gas Stations Project (1 Person), and Gas Network Project (1 Person))
Requirements:
- At least undergraduate in Chemical Engineering with experience of 10 (ten) years in Oil and Gas Projects including 5 (five) years experience as process engineer in EPC projects.
- He/She must be intimately familiar with the provisions of the codes, standards and recommended practices as issued by the following organizations: API, ANSI, ISA, ASME and NACE.
- Can join immediately less than 2 week.
Cathodic Protection Engineer (6 Persons)
Gas Network Project (6 Persons)
Requirements:
- At least undergraduate in Engineering with experience of 8 (eight) years in Oil and Gas Projects including 5 (five) years experience as Cathodic Protection Engineer in EPC projects, expecially in Pipeline/Piping Gas/Oil Network Project.
- Have good knowledge associated with the Project and familiar with the provisions of the codes, standards and recommended practices as issued by the following organizations: API, ANSI, ASTM, NEMA, AWS, AGA, NFPA and TEMA.
- Can join immediately less than 2 week.
Proposal Engineer (2 Persons)

Requirements:
- At least undergraduate in Engineering with experience of 8 (eight) years in Oil and Gas Projects including 3 (theree) years experience as Proposal Engineer in EPC projects.
- Strong capability in doing estimation on project execution and project scheduling
- Good command in English; Good attitude; Self motivation
- Ability to work hard and under pressure; Strong interpersonal skill and ability to teamwork.
- Willing to work extend office hour.

- Able to maintain confidentiality of tender/project documents.
- Able to thrive in fast-pace.
